We look for instructors who can commit at least 4 to 8 hours per week for live sessions, assignment reviews, and responding to student questions. Our cohorts typically run for 12 weeks.
Yes. Instructors receive competitive hourly or cohort-based compensation. Rates depend on your technical track, professional experience, and the program you are teaching.
All lessons are virtual and conducted through our integrated classroom platform. You will have access to the Paggiotech instructor portal to post meeting links, share slide decks, and assign quizzes to your students.
We provide a fully structured, standardized curriculum with learning outcomes, slide decks, and code examples. Instructors are also encouraged to add real-world stories and industry case studies.
Our process consists of application screening, a brief technical conversation, a 15-minute mock teaching session, and onboarding. We typically complete the process within 7 days.
